In answer to your question "To Photoshop or not to Photoshop?" If you are going to manipulate an image it should be stated "Image created or manipulated in Photoshop"

i had proposed the question to you because i noticed you experiment with long exposures. i too am intrigued by abstraction through camera tricks. i agree with your statement about declaring a photo manipulated. i sometimes feel computer manipulation is a sin to photography, when darkroom manipulation has purity.
